At first I had an idea that I would like to take pictures looking up at buildings and showing the shapes in the architecture that way but now I see the pictures together like this I don't think I like it as they are all from the same perspective and I would like my book to be more abstract than this.
I really love this building and it is a great example of shapes in architecture.
Here are some test images inspired by the work of Phillipp Klinger. I have tried to capture buildings and architecture in an abstract way. I wanted to capture things that you wouldn't normally notice or things that you would notice but you'd look at them in a different way. I quite like these images but I think I would like to try and work in a square format of imagery which I really like. This will put my own spin on things as Klinger doesn't work in a square format. I also want to capture lots of geometric shapes in my images. You don't realise how many things/buildings are made up of lots of different interesting shapes until you look at them closely.
